By using Star Fish Hajjoub’s website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Services
We offer restaurant information, table reservations, optional pre-orders, delivery ordering, dine-in QR ordering, order tracking, and related guest features. Availability may vary by time, location, and stock.
2. Accounts & accuracy
You must provide accurate contact and delivery/reservation details. You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping verification codes confidential.
3. Reservations
A reservation request is not a final guarantee until confirmed by the restaurant. We may contact you to confirm, adjust timing, or decline when capacity or notice requirements are not met. Advance-prep dishes may require minimum notice.
4. Delivery orders
Delivery is subject to coverage area, minimum order, fees shown at checkout, and kitchen capacity. Providing a precise pin/address is required. Estimated times are indicative, not guarantees.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in MAD and may change. Payment methods shown at checkout/reservation (cash, card, transfer, Cash Plus, etc.) apply as selected. Unpaid or failed payments may delay or cancel the request.
6. Allergies & special requests
Inform us of allergies/dietary needs in notes or special requests. We take care, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site (fraud, abuse of OTP, scraping, attacking systems, fake orders). We may refuse service or cancel orders in case of abuse or safety concerns.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, photos, and menu materials belong to Star Fish Hajjoub or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by traffic/weather/third parties, or issues arising from incorrect guest information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Courts of the restaurant’s jurisdiction apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
